The assistant manager mentioned he does not see my online order. Went to the restaurant 30min earlier just to talk to an assistant manager that was rude and not helpful.

There are definitely times where it appears to be impossible to get through and therefore I pick a different place to eat at. It is also not uncommon for my two local Little Caesars stores to not pick up the phone right away or at all for extended periods of time. Calling in orders often disqualifies you from getting the online sale offers. The payment section actually says that you cannot the use gift cards at this time with the app. When there are gift cards laying around, I don’t want to continue to use credit cards. Yes I could use a Visa card and have done so. I have a bunch of gift cards given as presents and this fact alone prevents me from using the app to order.
However until they allow you to use your gift cards the app absolutely prevents me from doing more business. This app works great for ordering with nice features like remembering favorites. Limited App payment methods is preventing sales
